San Francisco, CA (October 28, 2008) Green Retirement LLC today announced the creation of a new business line, Green Retirement Consulting, to assist corporations, federal, state, and local governments, identify appropriate candidates for early retirement packages.
Hoping to prevent indiscriminate wholesale layoffs, Green Retirement LLC decided to launch their consulting practice ahead of schedule, to deal with the mounting number of nation-wide layoff notices. Green Retirement Consulting plans to use the company’s proprietary retirement formula, to help corporations and governments determine which employees are in a position to retire, and which may be able to retire with minimal lifestyle changes.
Human resource managers in corporations with shrinking profits, as well as governments with budget deficits, are under increasing pressure to downsize their work forces.
In the opinion of Green Retirement LLC, CEO Ramsay Mameesh, “It is much better, in terms of employee morale and worker productivity, for organizations to be retiring not firing their employees.” Citing the number of Americans who have lost jobs in 2008, Ramsay Mameesh adds, “We should be celebrating 728,000 early retirements, as opposed to mourning, 728,000 job losses so far this year.”
Green Retirement Consulting encourages corporations and governments to be proactive, and lower employee head count through early retirement, thereby reducing the need for layoffs. The Green Retirement method enables individuals to retire with less savings, and years earlier, than is possible with traditional retirement planning.

This is great! Lately, retirement has become this complex puzzle. This creation looks to be quite beneficial at solving the puzzle!
Also, in addition to a great idea like this, keep in mind that one company (mentioned in the article) will also be there to help as you navigate through retirement.
