It is ironic, that Microsoft Excel, can be used to prevent layoffs at Microsoft.  Green Retirement created a Free Layoff Prevention Tool, a simple Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, to help H.R. managers identify employees in a position to retire.  H.R. manager can use the Free Layoff Prevention Tool, to design voluntary early retirement packages, preventing or reducing layoffs.
